Cofounder matching

Find someone
you can build with.

A complementary résumé is a start. Shared expectations and actual work together matter more.

Apply as an individual

Make a small
commitment first.

Tell us what you bring

Describe your skills, research interests, working style, availability, and the strengths you want in a cofounder.

Choose whether to be introduced

Matching is optional. Your application is private; profiles are shared only through a separately agreed introduction.

Try working together

A short project or problem-discovery sprint reveals how you make decisions, disagree, and follow through.

Agree the working relationship

Discuss roles, time commitments, equity, IP, vesting, and what happens if someone leaves before forming a company together.

Can I apply without an idea?

Yes. Choose the exploring route. You’ll answer questions about your work and interests instead of company traction or incorporation.

Will you guarantee a cofounder?

No. We can support introductions and a structured process; a good match depends on mutual interest and fit.

Will other applicants see my full application?

No. Applications and reviewer notes are private. Matching consent allows us to contact you about introductions, not to publish your application.

Bring your curiosity. We’ll start there.

Apply with a company, an early idea, or simply the skills and ambition to build one.
