Who we are and what this covers
Redko LLC, doing business as Redko, operates this website and Redko Labs. This notice explains how we handle information through our website, inquiries, accounts, and program applications. Contact info@theredko.com with privacy questions.
Gameer and Redvest are separate products with their own notices and terms. Following a product link does not make this website policy the policy for that product. The Redko Labs application notice provides additional detail about applications, reviewers, optional introductions, and AI-assisted review. It controls where it is more specific.
Information we collect
- Inquiries and messages: name, email, phone, optional company or website link, any appointment preference, selected service or reason for contact, and the message you choose to provide. We may also receive the source page and campaign parameters associated with an inquiry.
- Accounts: account identifier, email, display name, verification status, and authentication information managed by our sign-in provider. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; do not send them in a message.
- Labs applications: the professional, educational, project, company, team, availability, and optional preference information described in the application notice.
- Technical information: hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested pages, and error or abuse signals.
- Correspondence: messages, follow-up details, and records needed to respond to you or manage a business relationship.
Provide only information needed for the request. Public inquiry forms are not designed for passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, confidential client data, or trade secrets. If a project needs sensitive information, agree an appropriate transfer method and written terms first.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests; assess and scope potential projects; provide accounts and requested services; review program applications; arrange communications; maintain records; diagnose errors; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate rights. Optional program sharing and any optional promotional communications follow the choices explained at collection.
An inquiry permits a response about that inquiry. It is not blanket permission to publish your submission, sell your information, or enroll you in unrelated marketing. If we send optional marketing, you can opt out through the message or by contacting us.
Service providers and other disclosures
Google Firebase supports authentication, private website contact and inquiry records, and Labs application storage. Vercel provides website and application hosting. Email and operational providers may process information needed to respond to inquiries; Slack may receive a private alert that a new inquiry is ready for Redko review. If live booking is enabled, the scheduling service processes the details a visitor enters there. Authorized Redko personnel and selected Labs reviewers can access information relevant to their roles. Optional AI review and introductions are described separately in the Labs notice.
We may disclose information to professional advisers; when legally required; to investigate abuse, enforce agreements, or protect rights and security; or in a corporate transaction with appropriate protections. We do not sell website inquiry or Labs application data or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not give website visitors or program sponsors open access to private submissions.
Cookies, browser storage, and external content
Essential cookies or browser storage support authentication, session continuity, security, and recovery of unfinished forms where provided. Firebase sign-in uses browser session persistence. Labs can keep a recovery copy in the current tab for up to 24 hours and clears it on sign-out or successful submission. Closing a tab may clear it, although browser session restoration can retain it until expiry.
We currently do not load a separate advertising pixel or general-purpose marketing analytics tracker on the rebuilt website. Hosting providers may still process operational request data. If optional tracking is introduced, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by law.
The client video is loaded from YouTube only when you choose to load it. YouTube then receives technical information and may use storage under its own policies. Other linked or embedded services, including maps, stores, social networks, and external product sites, operate under their own notices. Blocking storage or leaving an embed unloaded may limit that feature.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries and business correspondence while needed to respond, manage the relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal and security obligations. The period varies by purpose and record type. Labs has a separate manual review of inactive drafts and applications after 12 months, subject to the exceptions in its notice.
We use access restrictions and other technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Deletion requests may be subject to legal exceptions and backup rotation; we do not promise immediate erasure from every backup. Contact us if you believe an account or submission has been accessed improperly.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information relating to you, withdraw optional permissions, or stop optional marketing. Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, appeal, or to complain to a supervisory authority. California rights, including rights regarding sale or sharing and non-discrimination, apply where the relevant law covers our processing. We do not represent that every jurisdiction's rules apply to every visitor.
Send requests to info@theredko.com. We may need proportionate verification of your identity or an authorized agent's authority. Do not email passwords or identity documents unless a suitable verification process has first been arranged. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain relevant exceptions. Withdrawing consent affects future optional use and does not undo lawful processing already performed.
International visitors and children
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where applicable law requires a legal basis or transfer safeguard, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity, such as steps toward a requested contract, legitimate business interests, consent for optional uses, or legal obligations, and the applicable transfer arrangements.
This business website and its accounts and applications are intended for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
